A bit cheeky that gentoo age, balloon wallpaper. I think that is a "gentoo-ised" Fedora wallpaper (Fedora 8, if I remember correctly)

What are the approximately date of moving gnome 2.22 to the stable brunch?
Shalakhin - 25/04/2008 18:10 GMT
Where to get the wallpaper from the first shot. Please tell me, its really nice :)
The_Invisible - 15/04/2008 07:35 GMT
Gr8 shoots, but ... why it is not resized? BTW what font is used on this desktop?
wariat - 01/11/2007 15:02 GMT
"evolution" USE will not use because evolution is used for buggy bug
sawk - 03/09/2007 14:19 GMT
Tell me, please: when 2.18 will be unmasked?! I can't wait any more...
- 07/08/2007 17:57 GMT
I agree. I think there should be a USE flag for Evolution here.
Milky - 16/06/2007 07:16 GMT

Milky - 16/06/2007 07:13 GMT
I think "evolution" USE flag is a good idea. gnome-light is too small
sawk - 30/01/2007 20:32 GMT
Uhm, still masked? :D Damn I can't wait! :D
Koen Bollen - 22/05/2006 19:05 GMT
Or, more accurately:
evolution? (
>=mail-client/evolution-2.4.2.1
>=gnome-extra/evolution-webcal-2.4.1 )
eds? ( >=gnome-extra/evolution-data-server-1.4.2.1 )
- 25/04/2006 23:07 GMT
I agree with previous post. I'm currently patching every release locally which is a waste...
evolution? (
>=mail-client/evolution-2.4.2.1
>=gnome-extra/evolution-data-server-1.4.2.1
>=gnome-extra/evolution-webcal-2.4.1 )

Why aren't there subreleases of gnome-light (2.12.1, 2.12.2, 2.12.3)?
- 24/04/2006 20:45 GMT
Yes, I can use gnome-light. I can eveninstall all packages manually (I mean to emerge single packages like gnome-panel). But wouldn't it be "more Gentoo-like" if you used USE flags for controlling GNOME package groups being installed? IMHO that's the main purpose of USE flags...
For example think of the following USE flags:
gnomemedia gnomeoffice gnomedevel gnomenet ...?
- 24/04/2006 12:23 GMT
If you don't want Evolution, you might try emerging gnome-light.
TheIdeaMan - 21/04/2006 15:10 GMT
Gentoo was said to be extremely flexible and configurable. I know NONE Gnome user who use Evolution. Thunderbird, maybe Sylpheed, WebMail or even mutt + slrn, ... but no one (includng me) uses Evolution... unfortunately we have to compile it for hours if we want to use Gnome... Why don't you set the 'evolution' USE flag for choosing (or NOT choosing) it?

VVill be G-2.14 ever unmasked? ;/
- 14/04/2006 12:19 GMT
Quelqu'un peut me dire comment il arrive à avoir le même theme que sur le screenshot avec la sphère bleue ? Merci merci ^_^
